He has an interesting back-story that gives light to what's happening in the rest of Cyrodiil. But.I can't get over the voice actor sounding like a cut-price Mark Hamill Joker. The dialogue is fine and the idea of having a 'zany(?)' voice is also fine, I just don't like what the voice actor did with it. Cicero is one of the best companions you can get in Skyrim for a plethora of reasons. I don't even object to Cicero's voice actor as it is very clear he is supposed to be a bit Photos of the The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Game) voice actors. Cicero's voice actor is hands down the best in the game. That guy literally gave me the creeps while playing. I didn't know what to expect with that guy! Especially when you let him live and when he comes back to the Sanctuary, holy shit I really thought it was going to go down! I like the idea of Cicero, I really do.

Is he simply removed from the game, or can he be found somewhere? He's one of the most annoying characters in Skyrim, if not in gaming, to me, yet I ALWAYS see posts online talking about how much people love this guy. Justwhy His voice is absolutely annoying - despite being one of few people in the game who to my knowledge doesn't share a voice actor with half of Skyrim's population - his speech is just weird - which is understandable for who he is - and 2019-03-14 · I think I prefer the "Sweet n Sadistic - Lana" voice included in the SE version though, not sure.
